Red Pesto Frantoio Venturino is a fanciful and original alternative to the classic pure basil Genovese pesto.
Red Pesto is made by the perfect blend of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sun dried tomatoes and basil.

This pesto is ideal with pasta (for the best result we advice to put a small dose of pesto for each portion of pasta and diluite with a bit of cooking water). You may also use this pesto to make delicious `crostini` (toasted bread), savoury snakes with crackers and bread sticks; or you may serve it with main courses of meat, fish and vegetables. Like all the products produced by the Oil mill Venturino, Red Pesto contained the best quality Extra virgin Olive Oil.
Ingredients:Basil Genovese 25%, extra virgin olive oil 20%, 17% chopped tomatoes, tomato paste 17%, 12% cashews, walnuts, cheese (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme: natural protein from the egg ), garlic, salt, pine nuts. Contains milk derivatives. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
