Pesto Genovese is the authentic Basil Pesto Paste from Genova produced in the traditional way from Frantoio Venturino since 1946 in the Liguria Region.
Pesto Genovese is ideal to enjoy with long or short cut pasta, or to spread on creakers and toasted bread.
DOP fresh Genovese basil, extra virgin olive oil and Grana Padano cheese are the ingredients that make this Italian Pesto so delicate.
Ingredients: Basil Genovese 35%, extra virgin olive oil produced in Italy 30%, nuts, Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme: natural protein from the egg) and Pecorino cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Contains milk derivatives. May contain traces of other nuts.
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
