De Cecco Potato Gnocchi are a classic format, pasta made with potatoes and wheat,a box about 3 servings.

Cooking time: 2 minutes. De Cecco Gnocchi are great with meat sauce or pesto, this pasta is obtained by passing the mixture cut on the back of a cheese grater.

This paste is also suitable for children.

Ingredients: potato puree 80% (water, dehydrated potato flakes - potatoes, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite, natural flavors), 14% potato starch, wheat flour type "00" , rice flour, salt, spices, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Once opened, the product will last 3 days if kept refrigerator.

Suitable for vegetarian.
