Saffron and Porcini Risotto Mix Knorr
Saffron and Porcini Risotto is a dish ready in 15 minutes.
It can be prepared traditionally or in microwave. Each bag is for 2 people.

Ingredients: Parboiled rice (89%), wheat flour, salt, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) (1.1%), pinarelli mushrooms (Boletus luteus), vegetable fat, spices, olive oil, yeast extract, sugar, onion, paprika, saffron (0.03%), skimmed milk powder.
On the stove. Add the contents of one sachet 500 ml of cold water, stir until it comes to boil without lid, continue cooking for 15 minutes and allow to dry all the water, stirring.
In the microwave. Pour the contents of the sachet in container for microwave, add 500 ml of water, simmer for 18 minutes at 750 watts. If you want to make it more creamy and tasty when cooked add butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
