Ponti Red Label Balsamic Vinegar is a sweet and sour salad dressing of Modena.
This balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a mixture of wine vinegar, concentrated grape must and concentrated cooked, all coming from Emilia Romagna, matures in oak barrels. in this Balsamic vinegar, to standardize the color is added caramel.
This balsamic vinegar is produced nell'acetaia of Vignola. Suitable for salads, fruits, cheeses, meats and fish.
