Pizza Kit is a box with Pizza Dough Mix

To get a pizza digestible and light we suggest you make the dough in the refrigerator for 24 hours, using a very large bowl with a lid.

500 grams of flour should be 1 sachet of yeast. you need to make the dough rise at least 30 minutes, before cooking.

This yeast should be only added to the flour, along with 2 teaspoons of sugar.

For a true Italian pizza also buy oregano and tomato pizza.
