Ingredients: Wheat flour type "0", water, extra virgin olive oil, of 7.4% sunflower oil, salt, yeast, dried yeast (fermented wheat flour, water), thickener: guar fiber, emulsifiers : mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, malted barley flour, flavorings. Treated with alcohol on the surface.
No added sweeteners, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial coloring.
