Cavatellucci Pmc Artisan Pasta 500 gr
Cavatellucci Pmc are produced in Alberobello (Puglia) with special machinery. With these machines, and with the special Apulian flour Cavatelli are all different just like those homemade by grandmothers. After preparation are dried for 18 hours, to ensure the strength during cooking.
In Italy, cavatelli are seasoned with legumes, such as "cavatelli with beans and mussels" or "cavatelli with shrimp.
The cooking time is 18 minutes.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina and water.
Suitable for vegetarians.
