The Strascinati are a pasta shape of hand-made pasta typical of Basilicata, traditionally seasoned with tomato sauce or meat sauce.
The factory produces the Lucanella Strascinati in a modern, but respecting the old Lucan traditions . Strascinati are produced with special bronze dies, which make this pasta wrinkled, to better hold the sauce, as well as tasty.
