Reginette Pasta Barilla
Le Reginette belong to the Barilla`s regional selection. This pasta is typical of the traditional Neapolitan gastronomy.
Reginette is a form of long pasta that looks like a ribbon with curled edges. Reginette is ideal to make first course dishes with sauces; typically it is cooked with white sauces made of cheese, besciammela or curry, or, if you like, with a sauce made of carrots and onions (Genovese sauce).
The curly edges of Reginette will enhance the flavour of your dishes; in fact, they retain the sauce more than other type of pasta.
