From mixing of Pernigotti cocoa, sugar and hazelnuts from the Langhe was born a delicacy of chocolate shaped like a overturned boat, Gianduiotto.
The shape comes from the need to cut this by hand because of the high content of praline hazelnut.
The name is derived from the story, because in 1865, this new chocolate praline was presented during the carnival. The new chocolates were distributed in the streets, just the mask Torinese Gianduja.
Ingredients:
Sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural flavours.
It may contain milk traces and other tree nuts traces.
