Lasagne Semola Istantanea Ondine Delverde

Ondine Delverde Lasagna Pasta is Instant Durum What Semolina Rippled Sheet Lasagna Sheet.

Rippled sheets made with durum semolina wheat and pure spring water, slow drying. No pre-cooking required.

Preparation: Before placeing them in the tray for the oven cooking, dip each sheet into warm water for a few minutes.

1. Place the first sheet on the bottom of the trat y and spread the selected sauce (ragù, pesto or bechamel sauce).

2. Place the secon sheet over the first turning it so thatthe "waves" in the lasagna sheet perpendicular to the first shhet. Spread tha sauce and continue to place sheetes and sauce. Cover the tray with aluminium foil and place in the over for about 25 minutes at 320° F (160° C).

3. For the final 10 minutes of baking remove tha aluminium foil to allow lasagna to become golden.
