Fior d`acqua are an healthy and tasty alternative to the bread; they are ideal to serve with antipasti and aperitivi for special events as well as as a simple and healthy snack during the day.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water (20%), olive oil (5.7%), extract of malted barley and corn, salt, acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate, milk. Manufactured in a facility that also uses peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds and eggs.

Suitable for vegetarians.
