Ciobar Heart Cameo
Cuor di Ciobar is an instant product to make little chocolate cakes with a soft and creamy heart:
4 cakes with creamy chocolate heart, quick and easy to prepare.
Cuor di Ciobar Box contains: 230 grams of cake mix, 3 g of powdered sugar and 4 molds), just add 2 eggs (eggs, remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before preparation).
Equipment: 1 bowl, 1 electric mixer or whisk, 1 tablespoon, 1 baking sheet.
Preparation: Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the eggs and mix with an electric mixer for 1 minute at medium speed (or hand whisk for two minutes). If at the end of the cooking surface is wet, continue cooking for 1 minute.
When cooked, remove the Cuor di Ciobar from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes on a rack or on a platter. Turn out the Cuor di Ciobar inversion on a dessert saucer . Decorate the Cuor di Ciobar with the icing sugar in package. The Cuor di Ciobar be consumed hot or warm to keep the fluid heart .
Mixture for the dough: sugar, chocolate common thin powder 20% (sugar, cocoa fat), wheat flour 00, bits of chocolate 15% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavorings), wheat starch, oil sunflower seeds, glucose syrup, milk protein, salt, flavorings.Envelope of powdered sugar 3 g: icing sugar containing corn starch for use confectionery: sugar, starch.
