Felino Salami di Parma IGP is a Typical Italian Dry Salami of the area in the Emilia region known as `La Bassa` (Low field).
More specifically, this salami is traditionally produced in Felino, a little village close to the city of Parma.

Boschi Fratelli Salame Felino is a whole salami about 30 cm long with a diameter of approximately 5 cm.
Salame Felino is produced by Boschi Fratelli di Parma using in the traditional way, using pork meat blended with salt and pepper in grains.
The delicacy of this salami comes from the perfect combination of two important factors: the selection of very specific parts of the pork and the maturation in well-ventilated places. In particular the characteristic of the microclimate of Felino contributes to enhance the unique taste of the meat. Salame di Felino Boschi di Parma has a delicate taste and is characterized by a compacted texture. In order to enjoy this salami in all its flavour it is advised to cut it with an angle of about sixty degrees making slides 3 mm thick.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
