Traditional Panettone Bauli is "The Christmas Cake with delicious raisins and soft candied fruits".

It has a soft dough rich of soft raisins and candied fruit. The Panettone is a typical dessert in Milan, widely distributed across Italy.

The Panettone is obtained from a yeast dough made with water, flour, butter, eggs, to which are added candied fruit, candied orange and citron in equal parts, and raisins.


Net weight: 1000g Lombard traditional panettone has a cylindrical base, has a height of about 30 cm and ends with a dome.

This Panettone was born in Milan in 1500 and is still produced with the same recipe. Have recently been put on the market many variations.
